SEIBEI
SEIBEI is the brainchild of David Murray, a Japanese literature major who spent most of his time drawing goofy cartoons when he should have been studying. Maybe Eric Nakamura was right when he said that there are too many t-shirt companies out there, but hopefully we bring a different (read: stupid) perspective.
